GB-Middlesbrough: ERDF - Grow Tees Valley Annual Conference and Event Planning

Tender description

This is ERDF funded. We seek an organisation to supply services to support the Grow Tees Valley project deliver an 'Annual One-Day Conference & Event Programme dedicated to exploring best practice, building collaboration between SMEs, improving productivity and accessing support for growth. The main event will bring together local businesses, investors, and business development experts to inspire business efficiency, the development of solutions to growth barriers, and facilitate new collaborations. The scope of work will require two major conference events, one in Q3 2021 and one in Q4 2022. We will also require up to three smaller, more focused events to support thematic areas of the programme to drive engagement for the services. These smaller events will form part of the delivery target outputs along with the main events. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
