This contract comprises the reactive maintenance and minor works modifications of Fire doors and accessories and scheduled in additional documents to this notice. At times, the contractor may further be requested to carry out alterations to Fire doors and associated accessories as required by the university. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: Supply and fit Fire doors and accessories as detailed in this specification, to include: supply of FD30 and FD60 fire doors, Reactive maintenance, including replacements of fire door components (e,g. hinges, kick/push plates, handles, intumescent seals)
