Empty Homes Concession Contract

Tender description

Rushcliffe Borough Council has a number of long-term empty homes within its boundaries. E.ON Home Solutions provides energy-saving measures and housing adaptation services to customers throughout the UK and has developed an "Empty Homes Package", offering the opportunity for empty home owners to access their finance, refurbishment and project management capabilities. The Authority wishes to grant E.ON the right to engage with the empty home owners for the principal purpose of offering the Empty Homes Package in order to bring the long-term empty homes back into occupation. E.ON has agreed to provide such concession at no cost to the Authority subject to the terms of the Agreement. Additional information: Rushcliffe Borough Council
