Tender description

Derby City Council were seeking to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), of organisations able to provide transport services including home-to-school, special education needs and social care transport. The purpose of this procurement was to establish the DPS agreement between the Council and the service provider(s) for the provision of transport services. Under this agreement, transport is provided using hackney carriage, minibus and private hire vehicles. Vehicles are of various capacities (minimum four seats and upwards and in accordance with current public service vehicle (PSV) legislation or private hire or hackney carriage legislation).
