<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sutton Council is looking to partner with a well experienced and qualified website/platform developer to create a new Information and Advice Hub. The platform will need to be accessible, the information and advice it contains easy to understand, be trusted by the residents and professionals who use it, and offer the Council and other providers who place information and advice on it an easy backend system so changes can be made as easily and quickly whilst facilitatin</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">g</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> effective proportionate oversight. The Council is looking for an intuitive, standalone platform that we can manage, in a self-service fashion, moving forward. </span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">T</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">o respond to our soft market test, please complete this <a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf2JIaBDD7m8KtW-iWsstSa0pN9xL0Jg6dacZkBztHEzhxiYg/viewform" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Google Form</a>. A Summary Specification of the anticipated required functionality is attached as part of this invitation to participate in Soft Market Testing. Space is provided in this attachment for providers to collate their responses to our questions before submitting. Where the Council deems it necessary to maintain an open and fair process to all participants, we may share responses to questions/clarifications, although questions will not be ascribed to any one provider.
