1.1.1 Great Places Housing Group (Great Places) is a forward-thinking, inclusive and successful organisation which exists to improve the lives of the thousands of people living in its portfolio of over 25,000 homes. One of the largest developing housing associations in the north, we work in some of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods, meeting the differing needs of the diverse communities we serve. Great Places are tendering for sub-contractors to provide repairs to our housing stock. We are creating a framework of providers for each individual discipline.
