Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Authority) is seeking an experienced and established provider able to supply, manage and maintain Imaging Equipment under a Managed Equipment Service (MES). Lot 1: II.2.4) Description of the procurement: Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Authority) is seeking an experienced and established provider able to supply, manage and maintain Imaging Equipment under a Managed Equipment Service (MES). This is an exciting opportunity for providers to develop a long-standing strategic relationship with the Authority in the delivery of a MES across the following imaging categories: • Diagnostic imaging • Interventional radiology • Nuclear medicine • Breast screening • Radiotherapy • Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratories The ultimate goal of the Authority is to appoint a service provider able to deliver innovative (vendor neutral) medical technology and equipment over the course of the contract, whilst managing all equipment concerns such as ownership, provision, purchase, installation and commissioning, user training, asset management, maintenance and ongoing replacement. This Prior information Notice (PIN) is to allow all interested providers to express an interest in this requirement, prior to the launch of the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The Authority is also inviting all providers to attend an online supplier engagement event on Wednesday, 7th April, 11:00 – 13:00. In this session the Authority will outline it's draft requirements and hold a question and answers session.
