Local Government Customer Satisfaction 2021-2023

Tender description

The LGMA is seeking a contractor to develop a three-year plan detailing how to survey customers about levels of awareness and satisfaction with services delivered. In addition, we have requested that the surveys for year one be administered, and a report of findings be prepared for the LGMA/CCMA Research Advisory Group overseeing the work on behalf of the CCMA Corporate Committee. The specific outputs required are to deliver and compile reports on the two project elements outlined in section 1.5 of the etenders document: 1. The development of a survey plan for the next three years (2021-2023) for the local authority sector to capture data in relation to levels of awareness about the range of services provided and to investigate levels of customer satisfaction with services delivered; and 2. Administration of two customer satisfaction surveys in year one and compiling of a report on the findings.
