East Suffolk Council 'Council' is excited to be inviting bidders for this Creative Virtual Hub project. Creative Hubs can be defined as a physical or virtual place that brings enterprising people together who work in the creative and cultural industries. We understand that every creative hub is unique, and its model is determined by its geographic placement, cultural context, community requirements and funding model. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
