Feasibility Study in relation to redevelopment opportunities in Cirencester town centre - Task A

Tender description

Provision of consultancy services to contribute to a Feasibility Study in relation to redevelopment opportunities in Cirencester town centre (a component of the Cirencester Town Centre Masterplan). Task A: Forecast change in the "high street" (retail and services) and broader mix of uses in Cirencester Town Centre to 2051. The overarching purpose of this study is to allow the council to evaluate the true extent and nature of redevelopment opportunities in the town centre, what actions it may need to consider taking if it wishes to realise those opportunities and, as an immediate outcome, whether or not proceeding to prepare masterplan scheme options (the yellow target in the diagram) is a justifiable use of public funds.
