Maintenance and Refurbishment of an existing Harris HRC3 Twin Ram Waste Baler on site, complete reline of wear plates and hydraulic cylinders. • Decommission and dismantle machine to allow access for complete reline of baler, hydraulic cylinders and shear beams. • Remove existing wear liners, hold down liners, shear beams and wear parts. • Supply and fit a complete set of pre-cut and pre-drilled liners with bolts, all l liner from Hardox 450 or equivalent steel. • Supply and fit complete set of OEM shear beams and bolts. • To service 2 hydraulic cylinders. fit new OEM Teflon seals, wipers and bronze bushes. • Reassemble and recommission machine, • Works to be completed in a period 5 working days and 2 weekends – Nine Days Total • The supplier will provide copies of Risk Assessments, Methods Statements, and Insurance policies prior to commencement of works
