Generally, the works include but are not limited to the following ; site clearance, topsoil strip, groundworks, including foul & surface water drainage, services ducting, foundations, ground floor slab, walls, precast floor slabs and stairs, support beams, roof, insulation, internal and external rendering and plastering, windows and cills, facia and soffits. Electrical works, plumbing works, Heat recovery ventilation, Air to water heat pump, underfloor heating. Floor finishing’s, skirting, architrave, doors, coving, tiling, fitted wardrobes, kitchen, bathroom fit out and painting and decorating. Fire alarm and burglar alarm. Entrance piers access, gate, fencing, drive construction and landscaping.
