The Trust requires one Total Facilities Management Services Contractor to fulfil all their TFM requirements and manage the services to the agreed outputs as detailed within the specification. The Trust requires a partner that they can work with that will not only drive economical efficiencies but also provide a service that is instrumental in providing the students with an effective learning space. The Schools that are currently not part of the Contract will be brought on board during the Contract.
