Tender description

The work shall include the safe and organised controlled demolition of building superstructure and associated stair towers and footbridge forming Market Hall Multi-Storey Car Park in Huddersfield Town Centre. Retain floor slabs, retaining structures, access subway and foundations to basement levels of car park. Allow for construction of temporary haul road to allow access into car park. Allow for footpath and thoroughfare closures as required. Introduce temporary hoarding around perimeter of the site.
