Tender description

Renewal of current Atlassian software licences and ability to call-off additional licences up to the maximum contract value for a period of 36 months. Lot 1: Renewal of current Atlassian licences for cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS). The Atlassian application suite is a key contributor to 'Our Tools, Process and Governance Help Us', which is one of the five enablers of the NHSBSA's Digital Strategy 2020 - 2023. It supports the successful delivery of NHSBSA's digital transformation projects by managing the workflow, tasks and collaboration across multi-supplier and multi-discipline delivery teams, whilst also being a key component of the NHSBSA’s Agile and DevOps methodologies. The volumes of licences can be increased or decreased throughout the contract term. The maximum contract value has been set at a level which caters for unforeseen increase in organisation growth as well as mitigating the risk of significant market factors impacting price.
