Tender description

Newcastle City Council wish to establish a Framework of Contractors to assist our In-House building contractor Repairs & Construction Services in delivering a first class Plumbing and Heating Service and also to carry out Capital Maintenance schemes. In preparation for the procurement exercise, we are engaging with the market to inform you of this future Contract opportunity, share some information with you and seek feedback on some Key elements of the specification and our requirements. This feedback will assist the Council with the development of the tender preparations.
