Tender description

This scheme is for Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) who own and manage the Trivett Square development off Short Hill in central Nottingham. Trivett Square is collection of inner city blocks of flats, built on a sloping site in 1998 with limited vehicular access. We would like contractors to review the attached documentation and then answer the following questions: Do you intend to tender? Please confirm if can work with the Eurocell Modus Slim product? If not, please detail your equivalent alternative product? Are you available to start spring/summer 2021? Have you appraised the site? Have you considered the site challenges stated in the enclosed Outline of Works document?
