Tender description

RTÉ seeks responses from suitable experienced ENG and EFP camera crews and EFP Sound and electrical services who would like to be considered as part of these multiparty frameworks. This tender process is open to all relevant service providers including, but not limited to, sole traders, partnerships and companies with the competent skills and equipment to deliver these services. Through this tender process, RTÉ is adopting a new strategy to procure these types of services in a more coordinated and structured manner, which will bring together and replace a number of existing RTÉ processes and existing RTÉ spend. RTÉ believe this strategy will assist in delivering greater value for money from this existing spend while further promoting innovation and transparency in this part of the independent media sector. Estimated spend will be less than EUR 2 million per year for the potential full term of 5 years equal to the sum of EUR 9 million. As detailed in the tender documentation.
