StARR Par Lane Gullies and Drainage Repairs

<p>The St Austell Bay Resilient Regeneration Project (StARR) aims to work across the whole of the Par and Sandy river catchments to reduce flood risks to communities living and working in the St Austell Bay area, particularly the people of Par and St Blazey. Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to repair drainage in the vicinity of Par Lane. Par is a village on the south coast of Cornwall, approximately 2 miles to the east of St Austell (OS Nat Grid Reference is 207270, 53602 and the nearest Post code is PL24 2DW). The works are to be carried out in accordance with all documents and drawings contained within the RFQ question template. Please provide a quotation for all necessary resources to carry out the drainage repairs required and identified in the report &lsquo;03_08_2020_Aecom_Par_Lane_Harbour_Road_Area_Par-AECOM Mark-Up&rsquo;, please only allow for the areas highlighted as black and labelled in the legend as &lsquo;existing sewer to be remediated on the attached general arrangement drawings &lsquo;EDG1560-ACM-HKF-5.90P-DR-C-000001&rsquo; and &lsquo;EDG1560-ACM-HKF-5.90P-DR-C-000002&rsquo;. Please annotate the drawings and provide a lump sum price, complete the Pricing Document and include an activity schedule breakdown for the repairs required per location. This enquiry is for additional works to an existing programme of works, please find this programme attached. Please include within your return a proposed programme for the works, please identify which drainage repairs can be completed within the existing programme &lsquo;CBD Appendix 6 - Contractors Proposed Programme&rsquo;. Traffic management has been procured for the duration of the programme included, however, any Traffic Management outside of this needs to be identified and included for. The intention is to award the Contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality and 70% Price. This project has been part-financed by grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund and will be subject to conditions imposed by the funding body.
