Tender description

The contracting authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of four (4) framework agreements as follows: Lot 1: Health and Safety Consultancy (Projects) — Multi-Party; Lot 2: Health and Safety Consultancy (General) — Multi-Party; Lot 3: Health and Safety Consultancy (Training) — Single-Party; Lot 4: Environmental Consultancy — Single-Party. An outline of the services the successful consultant may be asked to provide includes (but is not limited to) the following: • undertake the roles of PSDP and PSCS as required; • prepare, develop and review risk assessments; • carry out safety reports; • Carry out asbestos survey and reports and provide asbestos cert of reoccupation; • carry out air and acoustic tests; • investigation of on-site accidents.
