Tender description

The Home Office-led Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP) aims to replace the mobile communications service currently used by the three emergency services (Airwave) across the UK with an Emergency Services Network (ESN). The Direct Network Service Provider (DNSP) is a fundamental core component of the forthcoming ESN. DNSP Network Connections are essential infrastructure for Police Scotland’s transition to the ESN that is being delivered under the ESMCP.
