City of London School Phase 2, 3 & 4 - Project Management Services

Tender description

The City of London in conjunction with the City of London School are tendering an External Project Management Construction Consultancy to manage the City of London School Phase 2, 3 & 4. This entails services from RIBA Stages 2 - 7. Additional information: This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'capitalEsourcing' (www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free. The estimated value given at II.2.6) is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated contract value is therefore £200,000 over a three year period. The Evaluation will be structured for the SQ and ITT. SQ Stage 1 - Selection Questionnaire This is an open invite and Project Management Practices are invited to complete the Selection Questionnaire Pack which includes the following: Qualification Envelope Technical Envelope These submissions will be shortlisted by the judging panel. Up to a maximum 6 practices, minimum of 4 will be shortlisted to progress to the next stage, stage 2 ITT..
