Tender description

Norfolk County Council's public sector shared legal service, nplaw, was seeking to replace its current case management system to a system more suited to its expanding casework and types of work. Nplaw was seeking to replace its current case management system. nplaw currently works for public sector clients but is expanding its client base, diversifying the markets in which it seeks to operate and may in the future transfer the business to an alternative business structure (ABS) and required a case management system that can handle both of these work streams, and as such the system chosen will be able to record time worked on cases and produce billing reports.
