Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out a refurbishment works contract to Aras an Phiarsaigh (AAP) - Third & Fourth Floor. The works comprise the refurbishment of a total area of approximately 855m² (610m² allocated for Engineering, 124m² for Natural Science and 121m² shared facilities ) to be carried out over two floors in the existing Aras an Phiarsaigh. Works includes redecoration of existing office spaces, provision of new partitions and finishes, temporary strip out of existing ceilings to allow for electrical and ventilation installation, provision of new lighting, data and power points, conversion of existing space to a Design Lab, and expansion of existing common room. The specification and requirements are wholly described in the tender documents.Tenders must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on www.etenders.gov.ie by the response deadline.
