Tender description

The University currently has two Facilities management contracts: 1) A soft facilities management contract for the services within two buildings - Edith Cavell and Norwich Medical Research Building; 2) A hard facilities management contract covering the entire campus. These contracts are due for renewal. The University would like to work like to engage the services of a consultant to assist with procurement consultancy for the new Facilities management contracts to replace those that are coming to an end.
