Provision of External Audit Services

Tender description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is being issued as part of the procurement for the provision of External Audit Services (referred to hereafter as the products and services) to be provided to Connected Places Catapult (CPC). We would like interested firms to tender for the following services. The contract length will be for a maximum of five years (3+1+1). The contract will commence in February 2020 in order to give the successful Company time to prepare for the 2019/20 audit of the financial statements. - Statutory audit of each of the six entities in the Group; - Preparation of statutory company Financial Statements for five companies, and one set of consolidated accounts for the Group; - Corporation tax returns for the Group; - UKRI grant audits - H2020 grant audits; and - Ad hoc advice as may be necessary from time-to-time Requests to participate, the procurement documents and the submission portal can be found at this link: https://procontract.due-north.com/Procurer/Advert/View?advertId=da52360e-beff-e911-80fb-005056b64545
