The Council wishes to emphasise this is not a call for competition, the purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to advise the market on the forthcoming procurement and seek ideas and feedback from the market. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) operates under a Corporate Landlord Model to standardise the way we manage all of our buildings and is seeking to create a Framework for the provision of Corporate Security Services’ that is, services to look after our Key Holding and Out of Hours response. Man guarding of empty sites Concierge type services and crowd management. The Security Services Framework will consist of the following 4 Lots. • Lot 1 - Concierge style building supervision • Lot 2 - Man & dog guarding of empty sites and emergency and alarm response • Lot 3 - Intruder Alarm, systems monitoring and maintenance and replacement of alarm equipment • Lot 4 - Crowd management for indoors and outdoors event management A market engagement event has been organised for: Friday 20 March 2020 between 14:30 - 16:00 at the Council Offices, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent London E14 2BG Suppliers interested in attending the event must email Amanda.baird@towerhamlets.gov.uk with organisation name and names of company representatives who wish to attend no later than Friday 13 March, 12 Noon. Email must include 'Security Event' in the subject heading. A maximum of 2 representatives will be allowed per organisation.
