Lot 2 - Role 3 - Three Individuals to Provide Strategy Development and Policy Roles

Tender description

The successful candidate will become a part of the MOE programme and will have a key role in the development of the areas identified. Groundwork has already begun to a varied degree across the different areas so the candidate would be required to get up to speed quickly by: engaging with key internal stakeholders; understanding our current position on the issue; and familiarising themselves with any material already produced on the topic. The tasks will reflect those identified in Section 4.1. (Status quo assessment, policy analysis, evaluation and stakeholder engagement.) Upon the end of the contract the candidate will be expected to handover the work and analysis produced and may be required to present their finding in a paper presented to key members of the programme. There may be the possibility for the candidate to feed the outputs of this work in to Ofwat's second state of the market report.
