Publica is a council owned employment company which delivers shared services between Cotswold, West Oxfordshire, and Forest of Dean District Councils and Cheltenham Borough Council. Publica additionally provides services to the Cheltenham Trust, Cheltenham Borough Homes and UBICO (an environmental services local authority company). One of the key priorities from the 2020/22 business plan is for Publica to 'be a great place to work'. In order to achieve this it is important that our senior leadership team assume an active role. They will play a huge part in shaping the culture of the organisation and ensuring that our staff feel empowered and are able to contribute to the aims of Publica's business plan. By committing to the notion of 'leadership at every level', we are providing all staff at Publica the ability to contribute in becoming a great place to work. The Leadership programme will play a crucial part in achieving the strategic objective of becoming IIP accredited with the focus of IIP being around three core areas; Leading, Supporting and Improving.
