Southern Health NHS FT requires a system to provide eConsent for all the immunisation programmes delivered by the Trust. The system needs to be proven and in operation in a similar organisation in the UK. the system should: — be accessible to all users through schools and Hampshire County Council websites and the SHFT immunisation service, — be able to filter the consent forms to those that give consent and those that do not, — highlight forms with concerns, — highlight forms that require a translation facility, — have robust security protection to ensure all IG and GDPR is observed, — link with the SHFT electronic patient record, — be able to work off-line if necessary, — be available on multiple devices.
