Hackney Council is seeking a single experienced provider to manage the setting up and dismantling of gazebos and stalls for the following 4 markets located within the London Borough of Hackney: Hoxton Street Market, Broadway Market, Chatsworth Road Market, Kingsland Waste Market. Hackney Council is seeking a single experienced provider to manage the setting up and dismantling of gazebos and stalls for the following 4 markets located within the London Borough of Hackney: Hoxton Street Market, Broadway Market, Chatsworth Road Market, Kingsland Waste Market. Experienced firms are invited to submit tenders through an open (1 stage) tender process. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing logistical support in relation to the transportation, assembly and dismantling of an estimated 12 000 stalls and gazebos per year which will support the Council’s sustainability and economic development initiatives with increased savings and improved levels of service delivery. The initial term of the contract will be 36 months (June 2020 to May 2023) with the option to extend the contract annually, by up to a maximum of two further years (until May 2025), subject to satisfactory performance by the provider and the Council's needs and funding.
