The Clapham Park Estate regeneration joint venture will involve the delivery of a range of tenures including but not limited to; market sale, market rent, intermediate and affordable tenures. Organisations who have experience and expertise relating to property planning, development, management (development and construction), sales and marketing, should note, the procurement exercise is planned to commence in May 2020. This agreement will focus on the Clapham Park Estate, however may extend to other MTVH joint venture opportunities, yet to be identified. Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is planning the future procurement event to appoint a partner(s) to form a corporate joint venture vehicle (50:50 basis) to secure investment and expertise to deliver the Clapham Park estate regeneration project. Strategically located between three local centres, Clapham, Brixton and Streatham Hill, the regeneration will create a vibrant, inclusive series of neighbourhoods with safe, secure streets, ample public and private green space and new community facilities, while also positively maintaining Clapham Park's unique character. The regeneration will offer a variety of housing tenures and typologies to help meet London and Lambeth’s housing requirements, with the proposal facilitating the needs of residents of all ages to create a vibrant, inclusive community. The procurement event will involve up to 16 sites across the Clapham Park Estate, delivering in the region of 2 388 new homes, non-residential, public realm and infrastructure.
