Cleaning Services (AH-235) - AWARD

Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of cleaning services and window cleaning within the North Somerset and surrounding areas. This procurement relates to services largely to be provided in the North Somerset area but could also include the following areas: Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, Sedgemoor local / unitary authority areas and also in the Swindon area (such as SN1 to SN5, SN25 and SN26 postcodes). Any such increase would be at the agreement of both parties. The services covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into 3 lots as follows: LOT 1 - Cleaning - communal areas, sheltered schemes, office cleaning and external window cleaning LOT 2 - Cleaning - void properties LOT 3 - Cleaning - Tamar Court Tenderers may tender for one, several or all lots. The duration of the contract for each lot is 3 years with the potential to extend for 2 additional 12 month periods (up to a total of 5 years). AHG intends to award the contracts on 4th February 2020 to go live on 1st April 2020
