Tender description

Invest NI wishes to establish a framework of contractors to provide us with commercial appraisals when staff resources are not available within Invest NI. The key outputs of a commercial appraisal include: — commentary on the commercial and financial aspects of the business, including historical performance, profitability and cash generation, — an assessment of the ability of the business to implement the proposed project, having considered commercial rationale and identified the key risks, — advice and commentary in relation to financial structuring of support, and — advice and commentary in relation to other relevant commercial matters. Up to a maximum of 12 tenderers will be appointed to the framework.
