Cleaning services for Council’s sites, including: Routine daily cleaning (including public access areas, kitchens, bathrooms, medical/First Aid rooms and Sensory, clinical rooms and laboratories); Reactive cleaning; Deep cleaning; Cleaning of communication and equipment rooms; Cleaning of external areas, including exterior building fabric; Window cleaning internal and external; Graffiti and stain removal; Cleaning, washroom and sanitary consumables supply services (known as ‘washroom services’); Waste management on site, including emptying and cleaning of waste bins, recycling, confidential waste, medical waste, sanitary waste, special or hazardous waste; Optional cleaning tasks; Key holding.
