Role 2 - Senior Associate Policy Support for PR19 C-Mex/C-Mex

This role is intended to provide principal-level support within the PR19 Outcomes workstream - focussing on C-MeX and D-Mex, two new measures to incentivise water companies to provide excellent levels of service to households and developer services customers. For more information on our approach to C-MeX and D-MeX, here is the link to the https://www.ofwat.gov.uk/regulated-companies/company-obligations/customer-experience/ We currently expect this role to focus on undertaking analysis, in particular, quantitative analysis, to support our final decisions on the design and implementation of C-MeX and D-Mex for the 2020-25 period. Due to the nature of the price review and Ofwat's need to be responsive and flexible in reaction to the exact content of representations received, there is the potential for this role to focus on another aspect of outcomes or even be allocated to another workstream within the PR19 programme (in discussion and agreement between Ofwat and the successful Contractor). As a result we are looking for transferable skills that could suit multiple policy areas across the price review.
