Tender description

Gas shipping is one of the costs faced by gas suppliers. The aim of this work is to seek information on the costs and issues a supplier may typically face associated with the gas shipping arrangements in GB, and how these compare with other costs and requirements for a supplier to enter the market. This will include, for example, consideration of the factors that will inform decisions by suppliers to operate as a shipper themselves, compared to contracting with a third party.
