Tender description

Southern Water have successfully completed a tender process for the provision of the following employee recognition services. This included: — a web-based portal where recognition will be available at various levels, — analytics to measure success, drive decision making and improvements, — associated training, advice and account management. The intention is to enter in to a contract for an initial term of 3-years with an option to extend for a further 3 years making a potential full contract term of 6 years. Southern Water are looking to enter in to a contract for the provision of employee recognition services.
