Tender description

This is the next generation of the LPP clinical and digital information systems (CDIS) framework, which seeks to support the NHS long term plan by providing a route to market for all core clinical and care based digital solutions, in use within the health and care sector. Included will be solutions in electronic health record, radiology, pathology, pharmacy, managed document and print services, patient portals, workflow and tracking and interoperability. The framework agreement will be divided into lots covering the following areas, although the exact lot structure and full content has not yet been finalised: Electronic patient record solutions — acute, mental health, community, child health, order comms, risk management and interoperability; Radiology systems — PACS, RIS, VNA radiology management; Pathology — LIMS, histopathology, blood transfusion, pathology management; Pharmacy — robotics, stock control, pharmacy management; Managed document and print services — MFD, hybrid mail, external print, audit, managed services; Patient and clinical portals; Patient workflow and tracking; Interoperability and interfacing.
