Knowledge sharing and expertise findability

Tender description

We are looking for a consultant to help us define a way to share knowledge more effectively across the organisation and to allow staff to find the right expert for a project or case. This has been a challenge for a long time, but the recent re-organisation and an influx of new staff make this now a priority. There are several dimensions to this project for which we require some external input: 1. how to create a culture of taking time to share knowledge in an accessible way and for others to take the time and ownership to search out knowledge on a regular basis. 2. The skills required to 'package' ones knowledge so it can be understood by a variety of audiences from the novice to the fellow expert. 3. The method and approach to knowledge sharing and the technology/systems to do so.
