Tender description

The objectives of this work are: Firstly, to identify what learning / upskilling is required for effective implementation of food waste measurement using the Guardians of Grub tools by any size of company (i.e. corporates or SMEs) in the hospitality & food service sector. Secondly, to develop an approach to increase uptake and usage of the Guardians tools and measurement on the ground, as well as increasing the amount of data shared with WRAP to demonstrate changes happened. Thirdly, to test effectiveness of approach with a pilot and agree roll out plan with key players.
