Tender description
The Scottish Ministers through the Collaborative and Scottish Government Procurement Division are seeking to establish a single operator framework for water and waste water billing services for the Scottish Public Sector and third sector organisations. The duration of the framework agreement will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12-month period. Please refer to Section VI.3) Additional Information for eligible public bodies. The framework agreement is for water and waste water billing services.
