1.1) Edinburgh Napier University and Heriot-Watt University (’the University ’) is seeking to appoint a number of main contractors (‘Contractor’) under each lot of the framework agreement who take on full responsibility for works projects as and when a contractor is awarded a work projects call-off contract under the framework agreement Edinburgh Napier University in collaboration with Heriot-Watt University is looking to put in place a framework agreement for the provision of construction minor works (Main Contractor). The requirement is split into lot broken down by project value banding 0,00 GBP-100 000 GBP. Edinburgh Napier University in collaboration with Heriot-Watt University is looking to put in place a framework agreement for the provision of construction minor works (Main Contractor).
