The East West Railway Company (EWR Co) is seeking to commence a market engagement process for the client-side partners procurement. The appointed suppliers will work collaboratively with the East West Railway Company team as part of an integrated client under ICE Project 13 principles, covering 4 lots, as described within this PIN. The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties of a market engagement event which is scheduled to take place on the 5.3.2020 at the Jury's Inn, Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2HP. This event will provide attendees with an overview of the composition of the programme integrator organisation, which will include the client-side partners. To implement an information management strategy and dashboard reporting across East West Railway Company. The organisation requires alignment of data produced by teams within the integrated programme. This will assure that data is processed in a consistent way, providing structured information, which in turn ensures the transfer of data between systems is possible. The scope of systems used by the integrated programme and included within this requirement are: — schedule management, — cost management, — risk management, — BIM, — GIS, — document control, — requirements management. Providing project management resource for each of the project teams and programme-wide project controls support. Supporting the procurement and commercial management of major contracts on the programme, including the delivery partner(s) and the wider supply chain. Providing expertise in areas such as technical assurance, systems engineering, standards and requirements, project authorisation and asset management.
