Temporary Reception and Facilities staff (Agency Workers) under a 24-month single supplier framework agreement The HRB will require high calibre staff over the next two years. Mini contracts drawn down under the framework are expected to range from two months to 11 months in duration. The successful tenderer/ service provider will be responsible for the provision of Agency staff on a temporary basis to support the core staff of the Health Research Board as and when required. The successful tenderer must be able to provide an end to end process for sourcing, introducing and managing the effective provision of all agency staff. In this regard please detail the standard recruitment process your company follows from receiving the Job specification/description through to placement and aftercare. The Contracting Authority will provide the criteria and key duties, basic working and employment conditions to the successful tenderer once a post/support to core staff is required prior to the commencement of the company’s recruitment process. The HRB require: Agency worker for Reception duties for 11 months (7.4 hours per day) Agency worker for Facilities Support for 11 Months (5 hours per day)
