Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council will shortly be issuing tender documents as it looks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a measured term contract for plumbing works. The service to be provided by the successful contractor includes repair, replacement and maintenance of plumbing work in association with property management of East Renfrewshire Council Buildings including all educational properties (Note: housing properties do not form part of this contract). The services includes providing a 24-hour 365 days emergency response service in accordance with the priority schedule detailed in contract document to enable emergency work to be carried out in compliance with the contract conditions. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise.
