Denbighshire and Flintshire County Councils would like to procure a Hybrid Mail Solution (print and postage) and a postal collection and delivery service. The procurement of the above will assist Denbighshire and Flintshire County Council to modernise and transform their outgoing mail and parcel services whilst at the same time provide best value. The overall aim of the project is to provide not only an efficient and effective mail and parcel delivery service but to also reduce costs and officer time which are associated with this service. Lot 1 is for the provision of Hybrid Mail at both Denbighshire and Flintshire County Councils.
