To appoint a sub-contractor to carry out cavity blown insulation and loft insulation as part of the Ellington Phase 2 works which comprises 66 new build dwellings at the former Ellington Colliery, Lynemouth Road, Ellington. The works include the completion of groundworks to 66nr plots. Works to include the supply and installation of cavity blown and loft insulation.
