City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified provider (the Provider) to deliver a replacement content management and scanning solution that is integrated with SAP logistics verification process. The Council process about 80 000 invoices annually – of these, for 2018, 59 % were scanned, 23 % PDFs and 13 % other attachments. The Council requires a replacement scanner which can be used on-premise by Council staff to scan invoices received by post. The Council will accept either a cloud hosted solution or an on-premise Council hosted solution. Providers should detail in the bidders response which solution they are proposing. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of 3 years with a possible 2 x 12-month extensions at the Council’s discretion. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period.
