Tender description

The provision of technical development advice in support of the software development work to be undertaken on foot of the Department’s Service Delivery Modernisation (SDM), transformation programmes and the expansion of its ‘Digital Services’. Lot 1 is for an expert advisor with at least 20 years’ experience in the industry working within application development environments, with at least 8 years in a mentoring role. It will be for a minimum of 40 days per annum up to a maximum of 60 days per annum. Lot 2 is for a senior developer with at least 7 years’ experience in the industry, with at least 3 years in a .NET enterprise environment. It will be for a minimum of 90 days per annum and a maximum of 200 days per annum.
